The bio of the artist states "Besides scribbling out a few comic strips, MIKE also likes to dabble with surf photography, lawn bowling, internet porn and sleeping" I think we may be related.....

I've seen professionally published comics.....no cancel that I've wasted money buying comics that were a lot less well put together than Genius Girl. The story follows Agatha (the girl genius of the titel) as she finds her way in a world of steam powered robots and castle size airships. A highly polished comic running back to 2005 and utterly deserving of (now achieved) publishing. Oh, and I love Krosp the talking cat.

An oppressive future Cold War society sees the Blues and Reds fight for control of a super weapon. An unkillable (or is that re-incarnatable) soldier searches for a young girl (don't we all). This online comic has mind boggling cool illustrations and a great story. It jumps around abit at the beginning, but this one is literally hours of quality reading. I have yet to get through it all, but it's most definitely worth putting time aside to ignore everyone and read the lot.

In my opinion, Image make some of the best comics going (Cyberforce!!). Well the nice people over at image have given us a cracking selection of online comics to read for FREE. Okay so their not the big names and they have only given us the first issue of each, but check the quality.

"Bomb Queen" is my favourite. What happens when the villians rule the roost? Very "Wanted" with just about as much adult content.

This is a lovely looking comic. From the publishers "Dark Horse" the War of the Worlds is a story that everyone knows now. This is the original victorian (I'm assuming it's Victorian - my history sucks) story. None of that Tom Cruise rubbish.

Most importantly, it's done in a format that suits your screen and the navigation from page to next is done by clicking anywhere. That's how online comics are supposed to be. Others take note please. Read and enjoy. It's gooooood!..
